Message	You must have been very gentle on them! My front lasted ~16K (712) and the rear (711) lasted about 10~12k. And yes, the 712 made loud tire howl while the 711 was a bit quieter and sticked/handled better. For the close price range, I would suggest you Falken FK-451 (Japanese made). It is quieter and grips better than both Kumhos, more predictable on its limits. Don't know how it compares ES100. It is quite a decent tire for stree usage! Guapo will tell you nice things about it if you asked him. Erick
